If an item arrives damaged or not as described, 40 Acre Wood will refund or replace a book or item upon return. If the fault is ours, we will refund the return postage as well. 40 Acre Wood accepts Paypal and credit cards through Google Wallet. Other forms of payment are not usually accepted but occasionally exceptions may be made after a buyer contacts us privately.
Most orders are shipped within 48 hours after the payment has been received. Tracking is always included at no additional cost. Insurance is provided upon request and includes an additional fee.
